Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DesignPath, the website at designpath.app and the app at my.designpath.app (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

DesignPath is operated by FOP Nataliia Volodymyrivna Spiesivtseva, 11 Bilokur St., apt. 5, Irpin, Kyiv region, 08205, Ukraine ("DesignPath", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@designpath.app.

Orders and Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you buy, you buy from Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the purchase. Paddle charges your payment method, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, and sends your receipts.

Accounts

You need an account to use most of the Services. Give us accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create one.

Plans and Subscriptions

DesignPath has a free plan and a paid Premium subscription. Current prices are on our pricing section. Premium is billed monthly or yearly and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

The yearly plan may start with a free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you don't cancel, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.

We may change prices. A new price applies from your next renewal, and we tell you by email before it does.

Mentor Reviews

Some plans let you buy mentor reviews, which are written feedback on work you submit through the app. A review is used up when a mentor delivers it. Review turnaround depends on mentor availability, and we will tell you in the app when to expect it.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew after that.

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment. Our Refund Policy explains how refunds work.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the work you upload, such as portfolio projects, case studies and exercise answers. You give us permission to store, process and show that content to provide the Services to you, including to a mentor when you request a review. Content you choose to publish, such as a portfolio site, is visible to anyone with the link.

Only upload content you have the right to share. Don't upload confidential material from an employer or client without their permission.

Our Content

The courses, articles, exercises, illustrations and software in DesignPath belong to us. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell or republish them, or share your account to give others access.

Acceptable Use

Don't use the Services to break the law, harass mentors or other users, upload malware, or scrape content. Don't try to get around plan limits or access other people's accounts. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep DesignPath available and to improve it, so features can change over time. We may pause the Services for maintenance. If we remove a major paid feature, we will offer you a prorated refund for the time you have left.

Disclaimer and Liability

DesignPath helps you learn and build skills. We don't guarantee a job, a promotion or any particular result. To the extent the law allows, the Services are provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Closing Your Account

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these Terms, and we will tell you why. When an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we email you before it takes effect.
